Leeds + Easter = Leedster

Kicking off the bank-holiday weekend as we mean to go on! I'll be holding down the back room whilst Nick Hoppner & Virginia do the Panorama Bar thing in the main room. Leeds is pretty mental even on a quiet night so looking forward to some scenes tonight :)

Noo Mix

A new DJ mix from me for the Rose Records guys. They run a great label, check it out.

R.I.P.I.O.R.

Just in case you missed it over on Soundcloud, here is the full recording of the Final I.O.R. party at the Sub Club. Thanks to all who came down, it was a fun night and I think the music reflects this!

Dasvidaniya St Petersburg

I'm heading to play in Russia for the very first time tomorrow. Excited!

More Chartage

I got asked to do more charts on some digital stores in light of Foto-008 coming out digitally last week. Apologies if some of the tracks overlap!

That's Foto-008 out now digitally. The digital version includes the 3 tracks on the 12" plus a bonus Piano Dub of the A-side track Arbitrary. Available from all the usual digi-stores. Next up on Foto will be another V/A 4 track EP. Watch this space :)

OOFT! RA Chart for February

It's The Weekend...

Tonight you can find OOFT! in Cardiff at Studio 89. Looking forward to this one. Forwarding on to Sunday sees the Penultimate Instruments of Rapture party at the Sub Club back in Glasgow.

Y'all have a good one :)

They Did It

A nice jam from Freche Fruchte Recordings. House.

Good Vice

One to put off those winter blues. A basic extension of Jan Hammer's masterpiece. Sit back and imagine driving at night through the streets of Miami in a powerful sportscar :)

Looking To Cardiff

That Studio Feel from John Harries on Vimeo.

I'll be making the trip to Wales on the 1st of February to this sexy little joint. Looking forward to a party :)

New (Free) Trax

To promote our event at Momo in London this Saturday The Souls are giving away the OOFT! Vocal Remix of their next single "Sunlight" over on their Facebook page. Just like the page and you can access the D/L.

As if that wasn't enough they've also given me permission to give away the alternative OOFT! Dub on my Soundcloud page to all the followers.

Anyone in the London area who who like to come to the party can get half-price tickets here.

Nice :)

Back Once Again

Soooo....after an extended festive period which I managed to avoid computers quite heathily the blog is back and running for 2013!

Tonight unfortunately sees one of Glasgow's best underground electronic music venues Chambre 69 close its doors due to leasing problems. However that means this party will be a large one, and coupled with the soundtrack of strictly underground club classics from Chi Town and The D means it is probably going to be a bit special.

Juno Vinyl Jams

The last Juno chart of the year. Some old, some new, all good :)
